Parents of young children have been invited to a nursery school for a day.
Swindon's Teddies Nurs-ery, in The Hub, Church Place, is holding an open day on Saturday, August 9, from noon to 4pm.
Staff at the nursery, which opened on June 30, will be on hand to answer questions and provide tours of the facilities.
There will also be fun activities for children, with a bouncy castle, art and crafts, face painting, colouring competitions and story time.
Refreshments will be provided and all visitors will receive a Teddies' goodie bag.
Mayor Derek Benfield will be stopping by to join the activities at 1.30pm.
Nursery manager Teresa Light said: "The new nursery will provide a stimulating environment in which a child's confidence and personality can thrive.
"We hope anyone wishing to learn more about our nursery and the work that Teddies does is able to come along on August 9."
Owned by private healthcare provider BUPA, the nursery is for children between three months and primary school age.
Full or part-time childcare is available with a choice of separate days or morning and afternoon sessions.
For a child aged two and above, a week at Teddies will cost parents an average of £160.
