KINGSHILL: A 30-year-old man who was struck on the head as he sat on railings behind a bus shelter at the bottom of Kingshill Road at around 2am last Saturday has been discharged from hospital.
The man who has not been named was struck to the head and fell to the ground where his attackers beat him. He suffered fractured ribs and facial grazes. The two attackers ran off with £75. The victim was taken to the Great Western Hospital and discharged on Thursday. Witnesses are urged to call WPC Amy Freeman on 01793 528111 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 with information.
