TISBURY race ace Alan Blencowe faces a fresh challenge this weekend when he competes in rounds 13 and 14 of the Green Flag British Touring Car Championships at Snetterton.
Blencowe, currently third in the Production Drivers' standings, will be competing against a number of new drivers who are joining the tour at the Norfolk venue.
"It's going to make things very interesting," said Blencowe who has finished on the podium seven times in his last eight starts.
"We'll just try and carry on doing what we've been doing. The car is in good shape and hopefully I can try and move up a place."
Blencowe's teammate, Luke Hines currently tops the standings and the pair have helped the Barwell Motorsport team establish a comprehensive lead in the rankings.
Saturday's second race is scheduled to get under way at dusk.
