A Swindon man who spent 10 years working for the Inland Revenue has opened a business to help others avoid getting fined.
Adrian Williams said Abbey Meads-based Inspired Employer Solutions Limited (IESL), which opened for business last month, offered professional employer taxation advice to companies with 20 or more employees.
Together with fellow director Geoff Heron, Mr Williams specialises in helping companies get their PAYE, National Insurance and construction industry scheme policies organised correctly.
"Every company has to deal with tax and every company will have an issue at some time because they will all be reviewed by the Inland Revenue," said Mr Williams. "IESL will save them money."
