DETAILS on the Westbury bypass, the Hilperton gap route and other schemes in the West Wiltshire District Plan are now on show for public scrutiny.
The final stage of public consultation on the West Wiltshire District Plan First Alteration began on Wednesday and continues until the end of the year.
All modifications and inspectors' recommendations that have not been accepted can be viewed at District Council offices in Bradley Road, Trowbridge and public libraries in Bradford, Melksham, Trowbridge, Warminster and Westbury.
Christopher Newbury, planning portfolio holder, said: "A great deal of work has gone into the First Alteration of the District Plan over several years, as it will shape the future development of west Wiltshire.
"We wish to thank the many people who have taken part in the process so far, and look forward to adopting the emerging plan in the spring of 2004."
Objections and representations should be made in writing to Planning Policy manager, Planning Policy and Conservation, West Wiltshire District Council, Bradley Road, Trowbridge, BA14 0RD.
