RESIDENTS living in the Wylye Valley are set to get a new bus service linking them to Warminster and Salisbury.
Following a successful bid for Government funding, work is now underway to launch the Wylye Wanderer service in the New Year.
The initiative will take residents in outlying villages in the valley to and from their door to the existing Warminster to Salisbury service during the day. A direct service from the towns at night is also planned.
Residents will be able to discuss any queries at a meeting at Codford Village Hall at 7.30pm on Thursday.
