OLDER people considering making a will but in need of help can benefit from a free advice session being planned by Age Concern Swindon.
On Thursday, December 4, the charity will arrange for a local solicitor to be on hand for free 20-minute consultations. Age Concern Swindon spokeswoman Jacquie Sheppard said: "It will be an opportunity for people to meet an expert and discuss the benefits of making a will.
"It will also be an opportunity for people to see how Age Concern can help them plan for the future." If anybody is unable to make it to the advice session, there will be another on the first Thursday in January.
In order to ensure that as many people as possible are seen, the charity operates an appointments system for its advice sessions.
Booking can be arranged by calling 01793 692166, and details of all the services provided by the charity, along with other forthcoming events can be obtained by calling the same number.
