LINPAC improved by 14 goals but were still well beaten by Bar OC for the second time this season.
The Bar rattled in 17 without reply in an earlier meeting, but at the interval this time it was goalless.
Bar took the lead through a Simon Hulland own goal before Andrew Webster made it 2-0 and Watt rounded it off direct from a corner.
The Dolphin and Trowbridge Wanderers drew 1-1 in a game of four penalties.
Wanderers' Scott Carrick saved Darren Folkard's effort in the first half, but Folkard made up for it later by dispatching his second spot-kick.
Ten-man Wanderers then spurned their first penalty. But Dylan Turner slotted a late spot-kick.
