Chippenham 2nd despatched their Salisbury counterparts 53-26 in their Dorset & Wilts 2nd XV Cup encounter.
Visitors Salisbury were the first to score but Chippenham responded with a try from prop Dave Williams, Paul Clifford adding the conversion.
Clifford then added a try after a catch and drive, and kicked the conversion. for a 14-7 lead.
He then went over for another try and slotted a penalty to make it 22-7 at the break.
The second half opened with an unconverted try from Salisbury, but the home side replied with a try from centre Neil Watkins.
Clifford converted and added another two points after Williams grabbed his second try.
Watkins also went over for a second touchdown, with Paul Arrowsmith and Ryan Surry completing the try tally and Clifford kicking the balance of points.
They now face Trowbridge in the next round.
Chippenham 3rd went down 25-19 to Bath side Old Culverhaysians in their friendly.
Chippenham's consolation tries came from Mark Durham, Ben Chamberlain and Mike Wheeler, with Gordon Hardie slotting a conversion.
In their weekend game, the first team ran out 20-12 winners against Thornbury.
