CHIPPENHAM completed a winning despite a much more spirited display from Brize Norton.
A fortnight ago Norton had struggled to get out of their own half but this time they fought well from the start and held Chippenham at bay for the first 30 minutes despite attempts from Charlotte Johnson, Seb Everson and Kim Sanger.
But Sanger finally broke though on the half hour and Everson followed up with the second on 32 minutes.
Chippenham goalkeeper Becky Prangley made an excellent save on 40 minutes as Brize came back but Johnson slotted home a third for Chip just before the break in a counter attack.
Tash Perry the made it four right on the stroke of half-time.
During the interval Amy Rowland replace Prangley in goal who had suffered a trapped nerve.
But the change did nothing to half the flow of goals and Lucy Bailey put Chippenham further in front with a 25-yard free-kick.
Rowland pulled off a good save to keep Brize out before Tara Savage and Josie Cerretelli replaced Nicola Craig and Tash Perry.
Everson added another goal but Brize broke back on 70 minutes and Amanda Townsend scored to make it 6-1
Chippenham sealed the win netting three more times through Kirby Clift and two more from Everson.
