North Wiltshire District Council's IT training programme for staff has won an award.
The Learning and Skills Council Wiltshire and Swindon has selected the district council as winner of the technology in training award.
Irene Docherty, the council's ICT training and development officer, accepted the award at a ceremony in Swindon on behalf of the council from actor and writer Tony Robinson.
The district council's IT training programme encourages staff and councillors to develop the IT skills needed to carry out their work.
