NUMBER-crunching pupils had fun with maths at Westbury Infants School.
The Maths Week Challenge even netted the school £300 for classroom equipment after pupils were sponsored to learn number facts.
During the week the 222 students took part in maths activities such as measuring parts of the body and working with shapes.
Sophie Collings, maths co-ordinator, said: "We wanted to raise the profile of maths and make it more enjoyable.
"The children were given lots of games to make numbers and maths more interesting and fun.
"We have had successful arts weeks in the past but this time the school chose to concentrate on maths.
"We have received nearly £300 already and there is still some more money to come."
Mathematical artwork called Exploding Shapes was put on display at an assembly on Friday.
