SWINDON Supermarine manager Ray Baverstock has problems at both ends of the field ahead of the visit of title-chasing Bromsgrove Rovers tomorrow.
At the back, long-term injury worry Darren McCluskey has been sidelined for over a month and is still a week or two away from a comeback, while Andy Grange is serving a three-match ban.
Now fellow centre half Steve Davies will be missing for several weeks from the start of December as he embarks on a trip to Australia.
That leaves Chris Copp to partner the departing Davies tomorrow.
Baverstock also has concerns in attack.
Although there are no absentees, the only goals his side have scored in their last four games have been Giles Harris penalties.
Chances aplenty have been created, but the finishing touch has been missing, and Marine's manager expects his strikers to find their scoring boots soon.
Baverstock said: "Against Halesowen we made lots of chances and scored four goals.
"We've still been creating openings since then, but our finishing has let us down.
"We have forwards like Jimmy Carter, Justin Miller and Dave Toomey, who are all capable of scoring goals along with midfielders like Barrie Matthews who are getting into goalscoring positions, but it's just not happening for us at the moment.
"It's something we have to work on in training the lads need to be more relaxed in front of goal."
Marine may need to find that extra composure if they are to get a result against a Bromsgrove side that crushed fellow high-flyers Rugby United 5-1 last weekend.
The two sides last met on the final day of last season when Marine sealed a brilliant 3-1 win at the Victoria Ground to retain their place in the Dr Martens Western Division.
Baverstock is likely to name an unchanged side following the 1-1 draw at Stourport Swifts.
