In a one-sided game Mainlink defeated Goatacre 9-1 to extend their lead at the top of the Intermach Sunday Conference.
Goatacre played most of the match with 10 men and the last 20 minutes with eight due to injuries.
They played with a lot of spirit for the first 20 minutes, and caused a few problems for an over-confident Mainlink side.
Mainlink then got into their stride and were 5-1 up at half time.
They cruised the second half with Andre Smaugue completing his hat-trick with a penalty.
A headed goal from Damien Whyburd and two well-finished strikes from Mike Gregory completed the rout. Other scorers were Daniel Allan, Craig Sollis and Mark Blaylock.
