HATS off to strongman Julien Cini, who is raising money for Brimble Hill special school.
The former British arm wrestling champion is taking on all-comers next month in exchange for donations because his 22-year-old sister Rita, who has special needs, enjoyed her time at the school so much.
So if you hear the sound of grunting in The Parade on the Saturday before Christmas, don't be alarmed. It's a series of hopefuls pitting themselves against Julien.
What better way to have a break from the stresses of the Christmas shopping rush than a bout against a British champion?
