PUNCHES will be thrown for Wroughton's Prospect Hospice on Saturday in a charity fight night.
Eddie Neilson Promot-ions are raising money for the charity by offering all wannabe boxers a chance to experience the thrill of the ring.
The event will take place at the Premier Club in Ermin Street, Stratton St Margaret. Bouts will start at 7.30pm.
There will be a professional referee to oversee all matches.
Most of the boxers involved have no experience but will be matched against someone of a similar weight and stature.
Scorpion Boxing Club, of Westcott Place, Swin-don, is lending gloves and are also providing at least two exhibition fights on the evening.
The competition will be supervised by Eddie Neilson and Ricky Porter, who are both former professional boxers.
The event is sponsored by Blackfords Landscape Contractors.
All proceeds go to the Prospect Hospice.
To buy a ticket for £15 call Eddie Neilson on 01793 772712 or 07970 827842.
