MUSICIANS are making noise since a new youth band was re-launched. Southwick and North Bradley Scout and Guide Band have played at village fetes, displays and marches for over 20 years but suffered dwindling numbers in recent times.
Sharon Aspinall, fundraising committee secretary, said: "Over the last two years the band has undergone a period of change, common in many youth groups, where the old guard move on and a new group of young people take up the challenge."
