IN his youthful innocence Andy Newman seems to think George Bush is the architect of US foreign policy.

Of course, a vast number of agencies are involved. The advisers work out the best plan for the security of the US and the President simply rubber stamps the result.

Sadly for Andy, his noisy band of ill-informed youths and old lefty activists are not considered to be relevant in the global strategy of the US. Still, they had a fun day out so it's not a complete waste of time, eh Andy?
