FROME Medical Practice will be providing services at Smallbrook Surgery, Warminster from Monday after its former doctor retired to rejoin the army.
Dr Mark Thorpe is taking on military training after building the practice from scratch over 10 years.
Robert Griffiths, senior partner at Frome Medical Practice, said: "We want to assure patients and staff we will be continuing to provide a high quality service."
