Supermarine and Maidenhead United produced a six-goal FA Trophy thriller at Hunts Copse.
Twice Marine had come from behind twice for the draw, but also squandered a 2-1 lead.
The visitors had the better of the opening exchanges, and took the lead after just seven minutes when Marine keeper Tom King's punch saw the ball fly off the back of striker Lawrence Yaku and into the net.
United held on to their lead throughout the first half, but Supermarine striker Dave Toomey went close on two occasions.
Firstly a header was well held by keeper Nick Hart, then a shot cannoned back off the upright.
Marine made a lively start to the second and the breakthrough came on 55 minutes.
Toomey capitalised on a poor back pass from United skipper Brian Connor to easily drive home the equaliser.
Minutes later he almost added a second but hit the post again from a Barrie Matthews' cross.
But on the hour the veteran Toomey, unmarked, struck again from Justin Miller's cross to net his and Marine's second of the game.
Marine were pegged back late in the second-half as Phil Gray turned in a Ryan Ashe cross to set up a frantic last five minutes.
The home side then saw all their hard work crushed only two minutes from the end as ex-Supermarine defender Andy Jennings rose high to head home an Ashe cross.
However the drama was not yet complete.
United keeper Nick Hart, in trying to run down the clock, appeared to kick the ball straight into the back of Marine striker Jimmy Carter in order to win a free kick.
Referee Mike Gooding waved play on and as Carter chased down the loose ball and cut back in towards goal he was brought down by Ashe.
Captain Giles Harris calmly converted the penalty, placing the ball high into the roof of the net to secure a 3-3 draw and a replay at Maidenhead tomorrow.
Supermarine: King, Gee, Terry, Bennet, Davies, Copp, Harris, Mathews, Toomey, Miller, Futcher. Subs: Carter, Gill, Hodson, Blastland, Knox.
