The game was only 30 seconds old when Badgers first scored through Frances Wilson and by the fifth minute it was 4-0.

The pattern of the game didn't change and Badgers went in at half time with a 14-0 lead.

The start of the second half was greeted by a downpour but this failed to deter Badgers.

Their goalscorers were Frances Wilson (7), Georgia Walters (6), Chyna Collings (5), Emily Allen (4), Kallie Waite (3), Shannel Forbes (2), Tara James (2), Hayley Desborough (2) and Josie King (1).

n SWINDON Town Ladies' under 14s defeated their Swindon Badgers counterparts 8-0.

From the kick-off, the leaders attacked their opponents.

It took 10 minutes before Polly New broke the deadlock and quickly added a second following good work by CJ Ellis. Not to be outdone, strike partner Steph Lewis outjumped everyone to head home from New's corner.

Badgers nearly got themselves into the game with a tremendous shot but the alert Sally Thomspon pulled off a good save.

New completed her hat-trick and the team's fourth before half-time.

The second half continued in the same vain, with midfielders Lisa Coe and Ellis working tirelessly. The two Abbys, Morse and Curtin, also worked hard at the back as New went on to score her fourth, Lewis completed her hat-trick and Morse scoed a deserved goal at the end to keep Town on top.
