BATH scrum-half Martyn Wood will learn his fate disicplinary tonight following his sending-off during the 13-12 win at Leicester on Saturday.
Wood will appear in front of an RFU panel in Leeds this evening.
The former Wasps man received a red card from referee Roy Maybank at Welford Road and is charged with kicking an opponent.
His case will be heard by an RFU panel comprising of Yorkshire members John Spencer, Rory Manock and Antony Davies.
It was the second time in eight days that Bath have fallen foul of Maybank's whistle he also dismissed flanker Michael Lipman for kicking against Harlequins in their previous outing.
Meanwhile, temporary signings Robbie Kydd and Wylie Human will both remain with the club for at least another month, even though neither is elligible to play in the European Challenge Cup, which gets underway this weekend.
