A SALISBURY business is urging companies to submit questions to the under-secretary of state for employment relations, Gerry Sutcliffe.
The call comes from HR Gateway, which provides online human resources news and information for businesses and human resources professionals in the UK and Europe.
Vanessa Stebbings, HR Gateway's managing director, said: "Our editorial team frequently runs Q&As on the website where members have the opportunity to email us questions for selected high profile guests.
"Responses are posted back to the website once complete. With the recent onslaught of employee legislation consultation, working time directive, flexible working and age discrimination affecting all employers, we felt this would be an ideal opportunity for businesses to put questions to our current guest, Gerry Sutcliffe, under-secretary of state for employment relations."
Previous Q&As have featured Steve Harvey, Microsoft's director of people, profit & culture, and Geoff Armstrong, head of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
The final guest of the year will be Brendan Barber of the TUC.
Forward your questions, placing Gerry Sutcliffe in the subject box, via e-mail to vanessa@hrgateway. com by December 12.
