KELVIN Highmore has been continuing in his search to strengthen his Calne Town squad this week.
He has made an approach to Purton for their wide player, Tom Dingle, and also wants to sign Bradford Town's prolific striker Tom Pang.
But Highmore admits he is not hopeful about getting either player.
He said: "I think Tom Dingle will want to stay at Purton while Tom Pang has turned everyone down so far this season.
"But you have got nothing to lose by giving it a go and if they say no then it is back to the drawing board."
Calne travel to Bristol Manor Farm tomorrow and Highmore is hoping they can get revenge for their 2-1 defeat earlier in the season.
He said: "We definitely deserved something last time we played them. The ref cost us that game."
