Ref. 14466PUPILS at Hilperton Primary School hope to be record breakers after taking part in an international attempt to hold the world's biggest sing this week.
Students were aiming to smash the current record of 83,637 people singing the same song simultaneously on Monday with 137 young singers from Hilperton School taking part.
Dana Kaproff composed the song For A Better World specially for the event and singers were encouraged to raise money for Sargent Cancer Care at the same time.
Music coordinator Linda Clark said: "We have sent off our paperwork to the organisers of the event and hopefully they will get in touch soon and we can find out whether we have broken the record."
