Adina Nyahwa had her dream of being a ballerina come true at least for a day when she won a competition to visit the English National Ballet.
Adina, aged eight, of Pilton Close, Nine Elms, West Swin-don, was one of the winners of a nationwide draw run by Clark's shoes as part of its Back To School advertising campaign.
She took her friend Court-ney Hows, nine, along for the trip.
Their visit began with a hair and make-up session, followed by a special ballet class.
"It was a fantastic day the girls had a wonderful time, and by the end of it, we were all sad to see them go," said Debra Reinecke, who is English National Ballet's corporate partnership manager.
"Especially Laura Hussey, the first artist for English National Ballet, who took class for the girls in the morning and had a fabulous time as they were such an enthusiastic group.
"We hope they all keep up with their dancing."
The pair, who both attend Swindon Academy of Dance, were given a full tour of the ballet and had a chance to rummage in the costume department, where they saw dresses for a production of the the Nutcracker being made.
They were also treated to family tickets for the ballet, along with a goody bag containing Angelina Ballerina ballet dresses, hairbands and other accessories.
