INSPECTORS have praised a Hilperton pre-school for the quality of its staff and its range of facilities for children.
St Michaels Pre-school received the recommendation from government Ofsted inspectors last week.
The report said education facilities were 'very good' and classed the day care as 'good'.
The pre-school's rating and inspector's comments were an improvement on the last round of inspections and staff were praised for raising standards.
Vicky Scott, chairman of St Michaels Pre-school said: "The inspectors said we were a really good place for children to come to, that the children are very well behaved and there is lots for them to do.
"All our staff are very qualified, we have people with NVQ 3s and NNEBs.
"We are all trying hard to make it a popular place for people to come and very pleased with the findings."
St Michaels Pre-school caters for 52 children under four-years-old and has 9 members of staff.
