Swindon Town Ladies' under 14 side saw off their Portsmouth counterparts 4-0 in their Surrey 11-a-side League encounter.

The Town side totally dominated the game with the south coast team never troubling keeper Thompson.

The first half was virtually played in the Portsmouth half with the midfield trio of Alicia Hazzard, CJ Ellis and Lisa Coe linking well with forwards New, Lewis and Masters.

The only goal of the half, though, was an own goal.

The second half followed the same pattern as the first with the Town girls constantly putting pressure on the Portsmouth goal.

The goals, though, did not come until the final 10 minutes.

From a Hazzard corner, Abby Morse headed home from close range before Hazzard herself scored the goal of the game following a move involving Morse and Lewis.

Minutes later and New ran onto a pass from Lewis and blasted home to complete the scoring.
