Andrew Rogers claimed five tries, with new boy Tom Rees crossing once.

Jordan Sheppard added one in the second half, with Quins replying once.

SWINDON threatened to cause an early upset in their second Wiltshire Cup match against Salisbury when captain Ben Loosmore stormed through to score in only the second minute.

Nick Cozens converted, but Salisbury hit back and went into the break with a 19-7 lead. In the closing stages, Salisbury cut loose to win 36-7.

Swindon's unbeaten squad travelled to Melksham for a three-way game against the host club and Devizes.

Tries came from Sam Williams (4), Jack Kimber, Jacob Ford and Killian Bardett gave them an 8-0 win over Devizes.

They then took on Melksham and the scoreline was even more emphatic 10-1.

THE under eight squad also took on Devizes and Melksham, losing their opening match against the latter 6-4 despite tries from Matthew McCluskie and one each from Cameron Fraser and George Bates.

They also went down fighting against Devizes, losing 6-3 with tries for McCluskie, Bates and Mealan Bardet.

Under sevens

IEUAN Whelan bagged four tries as Swindon opened with an 8-7 win over Melksham, Josh Lee (2) and James Easton and Kathleen Cox all crossing.

Their second match against Devises was just as evenly matched, although Swindon lost out this time, 9-7.

Whelan scored a further two and Cox one, while Callum Dillard, guesting from Melksham scored four.
