IT is not often I object to immigrants being sent home, but I think Inna Haville is a special case.

It shows how crass Blunkett's ideas on immigration are.

If Inna was a one-armed, one-eyed, Islamic cleric or a convicted rapist like Joel Naitamu, Inna would be allowed to stay.

This is typical of Britain's approach to scenarios like this today. Clobber the weak.

It would be so easy for someone from the Immigration Department and a couple of police officers to escort Inna off the premises and have a nice away day or two in the bargain.

But would they have the stomach to see off the two men already mentioned?

It is time all MPs stood up in Parliament and debated this disgraceful state of affairs.

Mr Haville states: "It is like dealing with robots." How true robots with crossed wires and run-down batteries, no doubt.
