SINGER Kimberley Seviour beat more than 2,000 singers to come third in a national karaoke competition, Karaoke Krazy.
The 18-year-old of Beanacre, near Melksham, won £500 in holiday vouchers by performing Shirley Bassey's Big Spender and Pink's classic Just like a Pill in the Karaoke Krazy contest run by the Hungry Horse chain of pubs.
Kimberley, a former Corsham School pupil now working at Virgin Mobile, has also won prizes in Trowbridge's Starry Eyes karaoke competition.
She said: "The competition was really tough, I never thought I would get a place." The contest also raised £5,000 for cancer charity Cancer BACUP.
