CHIPPENHAM put a five-week break behind them to confidently dismiss Salisbury/Devizes 25-0.
They played tight, tenacious rugby and, after just six minutes, winger Peter MacLerran finished off a move in the corner after a quick tap penalty from Sam Alford.
Gareth Wiltshire added a penalty before Alford went over for a try after another quickly-taken penalty.
The next score arrived just after the half-hour mark as a well-worked catch and drive saw flanker Stewart Gunn crash over in the corner.
The conversion was missed but Chippenham turned around with a comfortable 20-0 lead.
Centre Dave Flower went over in the corner, his searing pace taking him away from the defence.
And, although further chances were spurned, Chippenham there comfortable winners.
