A NEW dental practice has opened in Salisbury. Rob Jukes, who has 18 years' experience in the profession, has set up Gentle Dental at the Lavender Centre in Castle Street, offering healozone dentistry the first such practice to be set up in Wiltshire.
Gentle Dental boasts state-of-the-art technology and offers preventative oral healthcare, corrective and cosmetic treatments and the option of alternative therapies, says Mr Jukes.
"My method concentrates on preventing disease and promoting healthy teeth and gums in a relaxed and friendly environment," he said.
"Should corrective procedures be necessary, I will explain and discuss the available options and ensure that treatment and discomfort are kept to an absolute minimum."
He said that new technology enabled the treatment of teeth without the use of a drill.
A range of complementary therapies was also available, should patients prefer homeopathic dentistry, acupuncture or hypnosis.
