Pupils who took part in a blindfolded trek to the top of Westbury White Horse handed over cash for charity on Monday.
Over 150 Year 11 pupils from Matravers School in Westbury took part in a fundraising day in aid of Guide Dogs for the Blind last month.
Sponsored activities included identifying and tasting without the use of eyesight and a blindfolded walk from the school to the White Horse.
The students presented a cheque for £1,000 to Richard Fitzjohn, from the charity, during a special assembly.
Clive Short, head of Key Stage 4, said: "In the past 16 years we must have raised over £30,000 and many different charities have benefited.
"Kids have got to look beyond their immediate surroundings because after they turn 16 years old they are out in the world."
Also at the presentation were Roy Cox and his guide dog Ollie from Dilton Marsh and trainee dog Zephyr.
Past fundraising activities organised by Year 11 pupils have included buying cows for villages in Uganda.
