TWO brothers charged with kidnapping a 17-year-old autistic youth from Trowbridge railway station appeared before a Swindon judge on Friday.
Nigel and Richard Ingram, of Paxcroft Way, are accused of kidnapping the teenage boy and robbing him of money taken from cashpoints in the town.
Both brothers face a second charge of robbing a 45-year-old man in the Fore Street/Church Walk area just hours later.
Both incidents, in which prosecutors say a mobile phone, two watches and cash were taken, are alleged to have occurred on December 5.
Appearing before Judge Thomas Longbotham at Swindon Crown Court on Friday, the brothers did not enter pleas to any of the three charges.
Nigel, 19, was remanded in custody until the next hearing on February 6.
His younger brother Richard, 18, an employee at Bath Rugby Club's home ground The Rec, was released on bail with conditions including a curfew, residency order and a ban on contacting either of the alleged victims.
