SINCE October/November 2002 Silver Street, Dilton Marsh, is regularly littered with part-eaten sandwiches, rolls and chips and this coincides with the arrival of builders and workmen constructing Dilton Green.
Previously this site was a home to a variety of wildlife, including rats. Are these buildings/workmen trying to bring back the rats?
I've heard of endangered species of wildlife (dormice, red squirrels etc) being reintroduced to certain areas but do we really need the rat?
