STUNNING images of Wiltshire's heritage feature in a new online calendar available on the Window on Wiltshire's Heritage website.
The calendar can be downloaded for free from www.wow
heritage.org.uk, which will create a guide to Wiltshire's unique and varied heritage during the next year.
The first downloadable image, for January 2004 features Caen Hill Locks on the Kennet and Avon Canal near Devizes.
A different image will be available each month. Possible future images may include the Tithe Barn at Bradford on Avon, the Avebury stone circle and Salisbury Cathedral.
The WOW website, which is run by Wiltshire County Council and funded by the New Opportunities Fund, enables visitors to find out about Wiltshire's heritage by going to the Discover pages and searching by theme or keyword.
Kate Turnbull, Window on Wiltshire's Heritage project officer, said: "Wiltshire is famous all over the world for the beauty of its countryside and the richness of its heritage.
"The WOW project is making this heritage available to people online at the touch of a button."
