Sixty years of Christian unity will be celebrated in a new exhibition at Chippenham Museum and Heritage Centre, exploring the history of the town's churches and chapels.
The 15 churches of Chippenham Churches Together first joined forces to set up the organisation on November 2 1943.
As part of the diamond jubilee celebrations, the churches have got together with the Heritage Centre to put on a fascinating display about the history of the town's various religious establishments.
Heritage Centre manager Mike Stone assembled a collection of pictures, documents, banners and artefacts relating to Chippenham's Christian witness.
The exhibition fills one gallery on the first floor and half a gallery on the ground floor.
Included in the displays are pictures of churchmen from times past as well as prints and paintings of the various churches. The exhibition will run until the end of March.
