Westbury cannabis dealer Leigh Parham has again avoided a prison sentence after failing to complete a probation order.
The 25-year-old, who has been in custody awaiting sentence, has been put on a drug treatment and testing order by a crown court judge.
Parham will live at the Amber Foundation in Trowbridge while he undergoes counselling and drug testing for his addiction.
He was arrested in March 2002 when police raided his home on Great Roc Road, Westbury, and found 116 grams of cannabis resin with a street value of about £400.
Officers also recovered a small quantity of heroin and some cannabis resin both of which were for his own use.
They also recovered a roll of bank notes from the self-confessed heroin and crack cocaine addict.
When he was questioned he told police that he had supplied cannabis to a number of other people and would have done the same with the drugs he had.
Sentencing him Judge Tom Longbotham referred to an assessment of risk. He said: "Until you can maintain a drug free lifestyle you have a high risk of re-offending, particularly acquisitive crime to buy heroin."
