DRINKERS raised their glasses to collect cash for children with learning difficulties in pubs across Westbury on Monday evening.
Over 50 volunteers joined a pub rush organised for West Wiltshire Portage Service raising £155 from donations and drinkers.
Pubs including The Ludlow Arms, The Horse and Groom, The Crown, Charlie's Bar and Westbury Hotel supported the sponsored drinking.
Michelle Slade, town councillor, said: "We rolled a dice to see which pub we would go to next and we had a klaxon so as soon as that sounded everyone had to stop what they were doing and head straight for the next pub.
"Luckily the pubs all knew we might be coming but it was still a surprise to see 50 drinkers turn up at once."
All the donations will go to the West Wiltshire Portage Service who arrange home visits for pre-school children with special needs. The cash is enough to pay for a specialist to visit a child for four weeks.
