DEVIZES boss Dave Hopkins lamented his side's luck this season prior to their home Western League Premier Division game against Torrington.
But Hopkins saw his side enjoy a change in fortunes and ease their relegation worries with a 3-0 win.
Torrington had Lee Langmead sent off after 20 minutes for violent conduct and were reduced to nine late in the game when Michael Heddon received a second yellow.
Simon Drewitt opened the scoring for the home side in the first half and a brace in the second from Lloyd Sartin (60 and 80 mins) sealed the welcome victory.
n CORSHAM moved up into fifth spot in Division One with a 3-1 away win in the all-Wiltshire clash at Shrewton, Dave Kilmurray, Alan Griffin and Dan Beck with the goals.
Calne went down 4-3 at bottom club Ilfracombe and that after leading 2-0 with goals from Matt Pratley and James Lye.
