CRICKLADE staged a fine comeback in their under 16 Blue Division clash with Shaw & Whitley but it was not enough.
Trailing 3-0 early in the second half, goals from Liam Walsh and Dan Bailey ensured a tense finish but Shaw added a late fourth to seal the win.
Josh David put FC Chippenham in the driving seat in their home game against Devizes Town Youth with Lee Blackmore doubling their lead before the interval. Devizes hit back to level at 2-2 before Nathan Pritchard regained the lead for Chippenham but Devizes restored parity again and went on to win 5-3.
Steven House (3) and Liam Hill (2) scored for Devizes.
In their home game against AFC Corsham, Marlborough Town created a string of great chances, but hitting the woodwork four times proved costly when Corsham grabbed the lead with a well-taken breakaway goal.
Marlborough then laid siege to the Corsham goal and pinched a draws thanks to a tremendous strike from Stuart Cody 10 minutes from time.
In the under 13 Blue Division, Castle Combe Colts were 5-2 winners against Chippenham Town Youth.
Josh Summers (2), Richie Butler (2) and Andrew Lawton scored for Castle Combe.
In the Red Division, AFC Corsham ran out 5-1 winners against Melksham.
Daniel Marshall, Tom Lye, Daniel Purser (2) and Nathan Baines scored for Corsham with Josh Williams replying for Melksham.
FC Chippenham edged their scrappy under 12 Red Division encounter with Westbury Youth, winning 2-1.
Chippenham took the lead after 11 minutes when a well taken corner was turned in off the back of Sam Scott's knee.
Nick Harrison doubled the advantage before Scott Power seized on a loose ball to reduce arrears at the death.
