'ELLO, 'ello, 'ello police officers are well known for dropping their Hs but now letters appear to be dropping from Westlea Police Station too.
The sign outside the station in Mead Way, West Swindon, now reads Wiltshire Onstabulary and the "O" of police has also slipped downwards.
Police spokesman Alvina Kumar said: "Some of the lettering on the outside of the Westlea Police Station has become detached in the last week due to recent inclement weather conditions.
"Due to the high-rise siting of the letters, independent contractors have been tasked to carry out repairs.
"There is no risk to employees or members of the public and it is prudent, for various reasons, to wait."
The letters are due to be repaired today.
