NEW Year revellers were out in force in Salisbury on New Year's Eve and many chose to party the night away at two very different styles of celebration.
Along at the Spirit Bar, the cold, wet English weather was forgotten as partygoers donned beachwear and sent temperatures soaring for a night of tropical fun at the Beach Party.
At the Chapel, the dress was very different - suits and hats for the men and 1920s glamour outfits for the women, as the nightclub staged a Gangsters and Molls Party.
Parties were held at homes throughout south Wiltshire, with plenty of fireworks, despite torrential rain and high winds, which did their best to put a dampener on celebrations.
