A town centre pub in Westbury is launching a legal appeal against a decision to stop them serving late night drinks.
The Ludlow Arms in the Market Place was refused renewal of a Public Entertainment Licence by the West Wiltshire District Council in November.
But pub bosses will be appealing at Chippenham Magistrates' Court on Monday.
