DURING its long history the success of the Journal has, in no small measure, relied on the people who have been connected with it over the years.
There are a lot of people in south Wiltshire who have links with the Journal, whether it be as a former member of staff, a village correspondent or a regular contributor to its columns.
To help us celebrate our anniversary we would like to hear from you.
Tell us what your links with the Journal are and relive, with us, some of the memories you have of the paper.
Perhaps you were featured in the news or feature columns of the Journal and your life changed dramatically for the better because of it.
There are prizes too. For every link and memory printed during our anniversary year the writer will receive a £5 book token.
At the end of the year there will be a competition to find the most interesting link and/or memory.
Over the last year the Journal has been putting together a mini library of books collected from, and signed by, celebrity authors who have visited the city. This collection is the main prize. So, let's hear about your link with us, you could win a collection of signed books.
