RESIDENTS in Taw Hill and Priory Vale are becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of broadband service in their area.
Despite making contact with BT two years ago, some parts of the communities still do not have high speed broadband internet connections.
Residents' association member Mark Edwards said: "BT says Taw Hill is too far from the Blunsdon exchange.
"Despite countless letters and phone calls to all levels, BT is just simply not interested.''
Sam Allen, spokesman for the North Swindon Development Company, said: "We appreciate just how important high speed internet access is for residents and businesses in Priory Vale and we are doing everything we can to bring broadband into the whole area. We are in constant contact with BT."
Residents who want to support the case for broadband can express their views on www.prioryvale.com or call the BT new sites office on 0800 373 529.
