CRICKLADE maintained their 100 per cent record in Dorset & Wilts Division Two North with a comfortable 32-5 victory over Minety's second string.
The visitors opened their account with a Danny Lloyd penalty in what was an evenly contested first half.
They stretched their lead when from a lineout on the left the ball was quickly moved to the right wing and Simon Howse ran in almost unopposed to touch down under the posts, Lloyd failing to convert.
Minety, though, responded with a determined effort and they were rewarded with an unconverted try to cut the deficit to 8-5 at the break.
Minety continued to thwart Cricklade early in the second half until John Bucksey broke through to score after good work from Howse.
With the visitors moving the ball wide, Howse then ran in his second try before left wing Gordon Aitken got in on the act with two tries of his own, Lloyd kicking the balance of points.
