Theatre-goers in Swindon have given the thumbs-down to country singer and agony aunt Tina C.
Ticket sales have been so poor that the management company, Komedia Entertainment, has scrapped the show.
The show Tina C as Lifestyle Guru was due to come to the Arts Centre in Devizes Road, Old Town, on Saturday.
Clarry Bean, general manager of the Arts Centre, said: "The show was just not selling and comedians need more than a handful in the audience to really make it work.
"Every other show this season is selling really well and some like Colosseum sold out almost immediately.''
Tina C is the creation of male comedian Chris Green and dubbed the spiritual daughter of Edna Everage.
Anyone with tickets will get a full refund from the theatre box office by calling 01793 614837.
Other comedy shows coming up at the Arts Centre are the award-winning 2003 Perrier nominee Reginald D Hunter in White Woman on February 6 at 8pm. Tickets are £8.50. The Wicker Woman, with comedians James Bachman, Lucy Montgomery and Barunka O'Shaunessey, is on February 21 at 8pm. Tickets £8.50.
Last in the season is a regular at the Edinburgh Festival, Irish comic Dara O'Briain, on March 4 at 8pm. Tickets are £10.
