Alterations to a listed building in Warminster were given retrospective planning permission on Monday night.
Work including building a single garage and design changes to listed building had already been carried out before councillors had met to give their recommendation.
A meeting of the planning and advisory committee on Monday granted planning permission but raised concerns that the work had already been completed.
